The 'Comment Page' option will produce a standard template page for comments for one or all students. The title of the page is supplied by the user. From one to five box titles may be given. For each box title given the title is output, a empty box is drawn for hand written comments, and a signature line is provided. If 'blank' is given for a box title only the empty box will be drawn.
